What we process and why

The site has no enquiry form. If you contact us by phone, email, Viber or WhatsApp, we process what you provide, such as your name, contact details, job description and photos. We use this to respond, prepare a quote and provide the service you request. The legal basis is taking steps before a contract or performing a contract; for other enquiries and protection of communications, we rely on legitimate interests.

When you visit the site, hosting provider Vercel may process technical request data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the site. The Manrope font loads from Google Fonts, which makes a request from your browser to Google. The site has no enquiry form or advertising scripts. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. Google may then receive data about pages visited, your device and approximate location, and set analytics cookies such as _ga. We use this to understand which pages are useful and improve the site. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the site.

Recipients and external services

Hosting and font providers may process data. If you select a Viber or WhatsApp link, that messaging service applies its own terms and privacy policy. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and deliver a requested service. If a contract or legal record-keeping duty arises, the applicable legal periods apply. Hosting technical data is retained according to the provider's settings and retention periods.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the email above. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
